Wills

wills-probateA will is simply a document prepared by an individual (testator) during his lifetime to dispose of his property at death. A will is important because it allows the testator to dispose of his property to a person of the testator’s choosing, and avoid potential disputes between the testator’s heirs.
If you do a will you have made your wishes as to who gets your property clear.

But your estate may still have to go through probate court which is time consuming, stressful, and costly. For example, if you own real property, Nevada law requires that it be put through the probate process even if you have a will.

IT’S COMPLICATED BUT WE MAKE THIS STUFF AS SIMPLE AS WE CAN.
